In her role as Director of Operations, Nancy manages the day to day clinical affairs of First IVF in Abu Dhabi, and plays an integral role in the facility’s growth and development. She is a highly experienced professional with extensive managerial skills and clinical knowledge from having over 15 years of practice in the healthcare sector.

Prior to her role as Director of Operations, she held the roles of Clinic Manager and Director of Nursing at First IVF. Before joining First IVF, she worked as Assistant Director of Nursing at Fakih IVF in Abu Dhabi, and Head midwife in Mediclinic Abu Dhabi.

Nancy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Midwifery from the Lebanese University – Beirut, and is a Registered Midwife in the UAE.
