In her role as the Director of Operations, Madona manages the day to day clinical affairs of First IVF in Dubai, and is instrumental in executing its strategic growth initiatives. She strives to provide patients with a seamless journey and continuously develops quality standards.

She is highly experienced in clinical and operational functions with over 15 years of healthcare experience. Previously, Madona was the Director of Nursing at Fakih IVF in Dubai.

Madona holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Midwifery, a Diploma in Obstetrical Techniques from Saint Joseph University Beirut, and an Executive Masters in Business Administration from the American University in Dubai.
